Facilitech takes pride in its staff. They are the portal to our company and the face of Facilitech. It is very important to us that the people that clean your facility are reliable, trustworthy, upstanding and credible. For these reasons, we are very particular and methodical about the employment and screening process.
Our average employee has worked here for over 4 years, which is very long by industry standards. Low turnover minimizes the amount of people that are placed in customer accounts which helps create relationships and trust. We value these people and recognize them as our greatest asset.
Our pre-employment screenings encompass many aspects to better serve you. We have a zero tolerance criminal background check with drug and alcohol screening. We conduct a pre-employment physical and e-verification through Homeland Security.
All our employees are trained in HIPPA regulations which affords our customer the ability to trust us in environments that contain rare/antique artwork, prescription pharmaceuticals, and sophisticated electronics. Most cleaning companies are supervised by people that are involved in the day to day cleaning. This may cause a certain amount of bias towards the cleaning staff rather than the customer. Our supervisors are not involved in the cleaning process and oversee the day to day activities in an oversight capacity which results in the best possible inspection and supervision.
